**OTT School Supplies does not provide cash refunds**.You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for an exchange or store credit.

Eligibility for Exchanges or Store Credit:

If an item needs to be returned, please send us an email at ottschoolsupplies@gmail.com with order number and reason for the return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Items MUST be returned to the address provided in email correspondence

Please DO NOT return items to the manufacturer.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to no fault of yours or ours.

Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your exchange/credit..

If you are approved for an exchange, the item being replaced will be mailed to you, at no cost, within 5-10 business days.

If you are approved for a credit, OTT School Supplies will provide you with a coupon code which will be in the amount of the item being returned. Just enter the coupon code at checkout and you are all set!
